All transactions on the baa999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency, the amount will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. baa999 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses.

As a standard anti-fraud control, baa999 requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible due to a change in payment method, you may be required to provide additional verification documentation.
baa999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where additional verification documentation has been requested and not yet provided.
baa999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. Cricket markets on baa999 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and other domestic and international fixtures. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the help section of the platform.
All digital casino games on baa999 — including slots, Hi-Lo, and Rummy — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits baa999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
baa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) baa999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) the Player fails to complete required verification within a specified time frame; or (d) continued operation of the account would expose baa999 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting baa999 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds and any applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. baa999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being deducted. The dormant account fee will not reduce a Player's balance below zero.
